Men’s Seasons is committed to ensuring that you have a pleasant experience.

If, however, you are not satisfied with the products that we have sent you and would like to return them, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Men’s Seasons’ customer service by email or telephone. (see the “Contact Us” page)
  • Return the products by mail enclosed in their original packaging.
  • Make sure to include:

the invoice

the product that you would like to exchange or be reimbursed for.

  • Please fill in the form that will be emailed to you by customer service and indicate whether you want a refund or exchange. For an exchange, please enter the product you would like to receive.
  • Make sure to clearly indicate your name, order number and address so that we can send you your exchanged product.
  • Print the return label that customer service emailed you.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Prior to issuing a refund or an exchange, our customer service will ensure that the following conditions have been met:

  • Only one return shipment is allowed per order.
  • If the product is damaged on receipt of your package, you have two (2) days after receipt of the parcel to report it to customer service and request an exchange or a refund.
  • If you notice that a product in your package is missing, you have seven (7) days after receipt of the parcel to report it to customer service.
  • If the product is not damaged and less than 25% has been used, you have thirty (30) days after receipt of the parcel to report it to customer service and request an exchange or a refund.
  • No exchanges or refunds after thirty (30) days.

For complete cancellations of an order, all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchases, must be returned.

Products purchased online are not eligible for exchanges or returns at a retail store.

If you purchased your product in-store, please return it to the same store.

 

SALE RETURN CONDITIONS

Products on sale are discontinued or ends of lines; some may have slightly damaged packaging. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact customer service within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
